Good Job Mixed bag - Immediately after picking up the car, I noticed a noise and discovered that the passenger side view mirror was loose and hanging down. I called within 15 minutes of my departure at the dealership. Jeff was able to help me and I had a loaner car. He and the loaner rep were fantastic. I am disappointed in the service reps who washed the car. If they had unfolded the mirror, they would have quickly learned that it had been damaged at the dealership.
