After looking online at several dealerships and mulling it over, my family decided to take the plunge and purchase a new used truck. Danny was our salesperson and Gary was the manager. I can't say enough good things about them. We told them what we wanted and what we had to trade. They worked through payoffs, negative equity (which we were carrying two bad deals through), financing options and came out with a great deal for us. My wife absolutely loves the Outlander! These guys treated us like guests in their home and were very transparent. More than I could have asked for from a walk in on a Sunday. Thanks so much!
If I could leave a review less than one star I would. We have bought vehicles from Apple before and thought " why not go back". But that was a mistake, the lack of communication after we left with the car was absolutely atrocious. Over the past week I've called multiple times to be told they were working on getting my tags and would call me back out of the 10+ calls not once was I called back. Jesus and the Sales Manager Jason are unprofessional and rude. I do not need to come there for credit reasons, it is just closer to my home. But the customer service was below standards, and they will never get my service again after buying two new outlanders through the dealership. So, I truly think your message when calling into the dealership that states "new and improved dealership" should be changed.
Bought a 2024Outlander in sept 2023 with 8 miles in it. was told the warranty i purchased paid for everything for 4 year's bumpers to bumper. now i find out Tires aren't included and after a year no oil change and charged me $220 for oil changed. If i got pay for it, I'll go somewhere else. It is one thing if i knew this up front and hadn't been told something else. DO NOT USE THEM OR BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!!!

I recently contacted Jacob Mitsubishi regarding a missing Lugnut lock key. I discovered the key was missing when I took my car for a tire rotation at the store where I purchased the tires. Because I knew Jacob Mitsubishi in New Port Richey had done maintenance in the past, such as oil change (where the tech neglected to return the oil cap causing oil leakage) and check brakes, I knew they had the wheels off at some time between when I purchased the tires and now. Purchased a used 2021 outlander sport with 50k miles that I was assured was inspected & in top shape and came with 6k miles 6 month bumper 2 bumper guarantee. The next day, i had issues with the following: Ac not blowing cold when idling and the lights dimming when idle.
