Well first off the I wish I had read the reviews before embarking on this journey. Please think twice before dealing with this place. The salesman was very kind and tried to help. His manager “Bo” literally will tell you anything but won’t tell you the truth. From day one it was yeah I got you approved with 4k down and my trade. Was waiting to post this review until we got our plates for the car. Did not want any retaliation from this dealer. On 3/2/24 my son and I went in to see a car that Bell Mitzubishi had listed. Isaias (salesman) had been in contact with my son during the week. Watch your wallet! Found the exact vehicle I wanted (2021 Toyota Highlander Hybrid Limited) in the exact color and equipment I needed on their website. I spoke to Brandon Coulter and we agreed on a trade in value and price on 3/19/2024. So far, so good. I then received electronic paperwork that included a trade in value of $500 less than agreed without any explanation whatsoever. They have you sitting for hours, pretending to get your approval. Read the negative reviews on Google, please. They will tell you that you're approved and that all credit has been accepted. Mountain Mitsubishi is running a very deceptive ad. It involves a scratch off scam where it appears that you have won a prize only to find out it is a cheap tactic to come to the dealership. Fortunately, I didn't fall for it, but I'm hoping this post will keep others from doing so. If there advertising is this deceptive, what does that say for their sales practices. Please be wary of going to this dealership.
I ordered 2 Mirror covers for my 2023 Mitsubishi outlander ES and None of the emails sent to me state they wouldnt fit my car just that it was on backordered and the part number I ordered was for a pair. I stated thats fine as long as it fits my passenger side mirror I don't mind paying extra. They said ok then we will order them. Really bad experience with this place. Clay was my salesman and he was not organized when we arrived, lots of standing around. The price negotiated price w/Dustin Himes and when paper work finally showed up the price was wrong, so they had to change it. The process took 2+ hours to get done. We asked if "ALL PAPERS WERE SIGNED" They said "YES" but weeks later got a bunch of papers in the mail they forgot to have us sign and we had to run around getting things notarized. Scammers, Over Priced and False Advertising. I found a Jeep Cherokee on Kelly's. I found a Jeep Cherokee on Kelly's Blue Book for $23,500. when I went to South Shore Mitsubishi and spoke with the sales manager Oliver Elihu he showed me their website pricing and told me that the price I saw was after $3995 down, which if that's the case why posted it on KBB for $23500, they use other websites to lure you to buying from them with FALSE advertising.
