Bought an m4 comp from Kunes about a month ago and I would definitely have to say it was all in all a great experience. They were very willing to take care of any and all issues that initially were brought up. (PPF on a door needed to be replaced and they fully covered it) excellent customer service, it was a pleasure working with Derek and Eric. I would have no issues returning to them in the future.
They got me a better car than the one I was looking at for the same price. It's a great place to buy a car.
Recent service at Kunes Ford Delavan has been horrible. Radiator flush was more than 1 inch below minimum when checked at home next day. Brake fluid exchange was over filled which could lead to accidents. Returned and was corrected. Also, recent oil price during oil change more than doubled to $14.28 per quart. Plus 'labor'
Worst place ever. They tell you that you have the car and you need a $500 down payment. Then we had to come the next day to pick up the car. On my way witch is an hour a way. They call me on my way and need more money for a down payment and a co signer . To not trust them.
Really nothing good to say about this place anymore. They used to be awesome until he got too big for the britches. It sure is a shame what has happened to the customer service of this place!
