Nico is a serious little squirrel. Sold me a car with several issues. Got a check engine light the next day and it took them 2 weeks to get an o2 sensor. They are not a BMW dealership and dont have parts, they have to order it and will take forever. Poorly repaired crash damage, car had been single turbo before (they said no modifications), he took the competition seats out of it to put in his personal vehicle then put them back in mine to sell to me. 10months later he offers me 5-6k less than the car is worth. Visited Kunes with my son to purchase his first newer car. Brandon and the entire team did amazing job helping to answer questions and staying past closing time on a Sat to do so. I have been going to Kunes for over 30 years and recommend anyone that needs to buy a car or repairs to do the same!! The service team is equally amazing and will take such good care of you. Kunes Ford side continues to impress and I am sure they will do the same for you!!
The salesman was considerate and friendly everything went easy vehicle was delivered clean and shiny, only issue I have is there was only one key fob we need 2 I believe all vehicles should come with 2.
