03/07/2026 We're still waiting for the full refund of the overage charged in sales tax/license fees. Kunes uses a third party, Dealer Docs, who is responsible for sending the fees to the state. They don't seem to be capable of that task. They were late in getting the paperwork to our Dept of Revenue so we were charged a late fee, they didn't send the full amount that we paid to the DOR, so the state had to request more of the money we already paid to be sent, then the refund we were supposed to receive after everything was c... read more
