Courteous - efficient service
This place does not live up to its slogan helping anyone no matter your credit I had a root salesman name Kenneth what say he's calling me back and never call me back I waited three days to hear anything from him then he tells me I will be picking up a truck Dodge ram 2019 never calls me back then I finally get ahold of somebody and they tell me I'm not even approved so how was I picking you up in the first place definitely the worst place ever to go to
Went to look at a used vehicle and i inspected the safety checklist and nothing was checked off as defective. Drive the vehicle came back into the office and thankfully the salesman showed me a two pages of items declined but never listed on the safety inspection. I understand if you’re not going to fix the vehicle but be truthful. Also I offered a price and was told that the manager had actually raised the price.Not impressed at all.
