Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes Does this provider always put the customer first? Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs

Do you trust this pediatrician to always have your child's best interest in mind? Absolutely! I trust them over any other doctor Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely, the customer is always right here Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect

Yes, and my child likes them Does this provider always put the customer first? Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile

Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Do other parents within your community respect this pediatrician? Absolutely! Every parent in my community thinks very highly of them Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Did this pediatrician allow you to be with your child at all times? Absolutely. They make sure I am always able to be with my child at all times

Yes Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? They were explained, but not thoroughly

They made sure every single question I had was answered. Their staff is aleays friendly and welcoming. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot better after we leave. My kids love Dr. Kumar and I wouldn't trust anyone else with their health.
