Normally, I have very few good experiences without any favoritism or bias in Mooresville. One with Doctor Thomas warren and piedmont hospital staffs. Inspector truly professional took his time in finding faults. Inspector is responsive and respond to questions. As good experience is becoming fewer, 5 stars well earned. Will do business again and recommend my friends. He is referred by my friend actually.

Of all the home inspectors I've worked with in my real estate career, Dominic with Kulumo Consulting is by far the most thorough. He checks things other inspectors don't. On top of that, he is absolutely amazing with customers, explaining things patiently, in detail, and in the most pleasant manner. Add to that, Kulumo's pricing is terrific, they are quick to respond and schedule, and are super friendly!

I am a realtor in Cornelius and my buyers used Kulumo Consulting, Inc to do their home inspection on their new home. Kulumo were excellent, efficient and have some of the best pricing in town. The report was clear, concise and easy to read. I highly recommend them to all realtors who are looking for an inspector for their clients. Kulumo are the best kept secret in town. If you need a home inspection, radon, air quality, mold testing...to name a few, give them a call. They will take good care of you.

I would reccomend Kulumo Consulting time and time again. Not only being knowledgeable and thorough, Dominic is a heck of a nice guy. The report I received, complete with pictures and notes was very helpful in the process of purchasing our new home. He came highly recommended from a friend, now I know why. His wife Debbie was very pleasant setting up the appointment. An all around great experience!

Kulumo's inspections are so thorough I use them for all of my client's inspections. If we have additional questions about any aspect of the report, they are always very responsive and knowledgeable. They also do their best to accommodate scheduling requests, even on short notice. I can't recommend them highly enough!!!
