The inspection for a single 1960 home was lacking in most aspects. I'm an investor and have had numerous inspections on many homes that we've invested in. Nothing was pointed out that really wasn't easily seen by our walk through. No detailed report, very few pictures, nothing about the underneath the house. Really couldn't base our decision to invest or not using their report. It didn't seem like the pre-home inspection analysis was done to be prepared for the inspection...
