Alex Parr did my home inspection last week. I really appreciated his attention to details. As a single woman, I get very concerned about ‘inheriting’ issues with a home. I feel really good about his inspection, and feel he went above and beyond what any other home inspector has in my previous homes (even new builds).

Amazing service and SUPER detailed!!! Thanks to their inspection I was able to get myself out of a home contract that would have been disastrous! The some was beautiful to the naked eye, but thanks to these guys I was able to know what I would have gotten myself into.
They say all things happen for a reason and interesting enough David Johnson has done the home inspection now on both my homes. Five years ago he inspected our first home and as time has gone on we once again crossed paths for our future home. His work is thorough and he's a straight shooter, he provides the facts and not the fluff. Enjoyed his work and would recommend him to anyone looking for a good inspector.
