Very happy with my experience with Kulp. Nick spent time with us and listened to what we wanted and the whole sales process was very low pressure. I had a few other bids on my home and there were other contractors that were trying to upsell or use higher pressure tactics. My install was also handled very well. The crew showed up early and were very pleasant. It only took them about a half a day to put my roof on and everything looks fantastic. Upon returning from vacation, I was informed by my neighbor that the aluminium casing covering the firewall of my townhome had blown lose in a wind storm and was sticking straight up, while one little piece had blown off completely. Panicked due to the impending snow storm the next day, I contacted Nick at Kulp Roofing. I had an issue with a door overhang and it wasn’t a big job, but it was time sensitive and Kulp Roofing did an excellent job of taking care of it. I called at 6:45AM and they surprisingly answered the phone. The job was quoted a little later that morning and the work was finished by lunchtime. The owner, Phil, did a great job of communicating with me throughout the whole process, from quoting to completion.
