Recently I had a horrible experience with this company. After using them 2 other times without issue, I had a white blouse go missing after they were here to clean. They told me I could file a police report. They were not interested in helping me with my situation. It is very unsettling to pay for a service and then to be violated by having your property stolen from your home.
PLEASE RUN! This company was recommended by my realtor and boy do I regret using. There was minim if any cleaning done at all. Mold was all around bathtubs *** shower, walls had streaks everywhere and the oven and burners didn't look like they had been touched. Communication was awful, they only cared about being paid. Would never use them again and will make clear to my realtor as well.
Up until recently I have been satisfied with this service. Last month a piece of jewelry went missing after the service was here. I looked everywhere and couldn't find it. I contacted the service and they told me no one saw it and that all I could do is file a police report and discontinue their service. the crew that i had did a WONDERFUL job. they wore masks, gloves, and booties as soon as they came into my home. they cleaned my apartment so well, it still smelled good the next day. these women were professional, only would speak to me if there were any issues or to let me know they were leaving. one of my dogs ran out into the living room, to sniff them and say hello, and the girls just laughed and kept working instead of getting distracted or scared. 10/10 would recommend to any friends or family members. the women who w... read more

The cleaning is ok till there is damage they do not stand by their customers
My friend recommended Kulas maids couple years ago and I’ve been using them every week since. They are great!!! They come in crew of 4 cleaners and clean my house in just 1 hour. I love that they bring everything including rugs,vac’s,sprays and even garbage bags. For years I used to to have one lady for about 6-7 hours every time and she was not as efficient as kulas maids, not to mention my husband who works from home was not happy that someone was cleaning most of a day. I unexpectedly had out of town guests coming to stay with me and my house was no where near ready for company! I work long hours so finding the time to get my house in order before my guests arrived was nearly impossible. Knowing there was a slim chance, with fingers crossed I called Kulas Maids hoping I would be able to get my house cleaned that very same day. Their cleaning services were fine, but occasionally they caused damage and refused or delayed paying for it. For example, they shattered the glass on our shower door while cleaning the bathroom. It took them a month to even acknowledge what they did, suggesting that it was our fault. Only after repeated calls did they repair the damage. In another instance the Kulas car collided with my teenage daughter's bike, warping the front wheel and scraping the side of the frame (she was unharmed).
