We just had our furnace replaced and added AC to our home by Kulacz and Sons. Jake went above and beyond to make sure everything was done perfectly, and even walked my wife and I through everything thoroughly before they left! I’d recommend this company to anyone!

I found the service technician to be honest, forthright and dependable. A refreshing change from what I thought I was receiving from another local heating and air service company. To my dismay, during a very tough personal crisis, I found out we were taken advantage of and Kulacz and Sons fixed the issue for $89. The other service provider said we would need a new furnace.
The website says you don’t charge for weekend work. Yet your dispatcher just told me it would cost $115 for coming today because it’s Saturday. I recommend you remove the false advert or get your employees up to par.
