RecommendedBest Service Ever! Called inquiring about a whole house humidifier didn’t know anything about it. They sent a tech out to look over everything and suggested the right one. The install went so smooth and the techs were AMAZING and went over everything before the left. Definitely will use them again!
We would definitely recommend Kulacz and Sons. Our furnace starting having issues and we called them out. Jake was out to our house within an hour on a Sunday. He was able to fix our problem and was very professional and efficient. Whenever we have an issue with our furnace or air conditioner in the future, we will definitely be calling them.
I am switching to Kulacz and Sons. Austin is easy to work with and he makes me feel like I have a handle on things now after 10 years of maintenance contracts and trusting another company with my maintenance contracts and realizing I was not getting the service I was paying for. We'll see how things go next week, when I actually use Kulacz to price and install a humidifier on my furnace.
I am very happy with our experience with them. I will absolutely use them in the future and recommend them to family and friends.
Great personalities awesome service and great prices they will be my lifetime heating and cooling company! We had a brand new air and furnace put in the were on time did what they said they would do and went above and beyond for us THANK U SO MUCH!!!!
John came out to do my annual furnace cleaning and I couldn't be more pleased. He was very thourough and showed me things on my furnace/ac that I didn't know. He even told me about recalls on a dehumidifier we have in the basement. He mentioned some things we could improve on but did not try to sell us anything. An employee like John is worth a ton, the Kulacz' are very fortunate to find someone like that. Give them a call for your hvac needs, you won't be disappointed.
I had a previous furnace inspection/"tune-up" and was basically told I need a new furnace. A neighbor suggested I get a second opinion, so I had Kulacz and Sons perform another Tune-up and Austin was EXTREMELY helpful and put my mind at ease. He was honest with me about the "issues" with my furnace, which were NOT at all as bad as the first company stated. Kulacz is now MY heating/cooling company.
The tech came out right on time and was extremely polite. Walked me through everything and the issues I was facing. 5/5

I couldn't have asked for politer, knowledgeable, efficient service. I called on Sunday, received a call back within 15 minutes and had an appt booked for the next day early in the afternoon and around my work schedule. They came out and assessed the issue, corrected it and explained information to me. Prices for services were phenomenal to the point I had to ask if they were sure on the price. I highly recommend Kulacz and Sons!!
