We go there about once a week. We love their chicken salad sandwich and most of their other food too.
Staff were rude and the food was not good. I couldn't believe when you are served toast with your meal it's one slice of bread. The portions were small. You get all around better experience eating at any Danny's. We will never go there again.
food was small portions ..staff is rude... they seat you crowed into a tiny area ... who gets 1 piece of toast cut in half on an 8 dollar meal... never would go there again and dont recomend at all
It was friendly and the service was excellent and the food was the best. I'm sorry they are so far away. I could go back every day and try something new. Great menu.

My meal was cold and no one was there to ask them to microwave it! I'll never go back and all my friends that have cabins and the ones who live there you bet I'll tell them so they don't go there! When I paid my bill they didn't even offer me a discount! I hope that they read this so that they can improve customer service! Sorry you just lost a lot of customers by word of mouth and I hope from this review!
We were looking for a restaurant that was pet friendly and BLT's delivered. The patio had plenty of tables and umbrellas to enjoy a nice early dinner with our pets. They offered free water and kibble so our dogs felt welcomed. The menu offered a wide variety of choices from quiche to fish and chips. I recommend the double trouble burger and regular fries. The portions are very large. The service was great too. We will be back again next time we visit Big Bear.
