My family brought me here for my birthday lunch. We sat at the grill. All of us (party of 10) loved our food & being at the grill. Even the 4 kids (ages 4 to 9), loved everything, including the food!!! The 2 year old wasn't into eating today, but LOVED the fire & watching the chef cook!
Service was horrible! My food came out cold. My family didn’t get there food all together our sushi was 15 minuets after I got my cold plate of dinner. Asked for sauce more then once never got it!!!! This used to be one of the best places around to eat but it has went to crap! I have had it never again this was my last chance I will give them �

We're so, so sorry you had a bad experience at Kugo last night. We apologize for the poor level of service you received. Unfortunately we had one of our chefs out due to family matters and it was very busy so the entire staff was stretched. We hope you will give us another chance.
Our party spent “New Years Eve” at Kugos. I can honestly say the food was delicious. Our Chef was fun and amicable.the waiter we had was very friendly. The food was delicious and plentiful.
Food was good and the kids loved it. We will definitely go back for other celebrations.
