Dr. Kuflik is the best dermatologist on the Jersey Shore and I highly recommend her to you.
I think Dr Kuflik was great---had to have some nasty rashy thing removed----No nonsense person--got right to work and was very nice--cutting took 15 min --a long time---she is personable and a nice person--5 stars
I would highly recommend Dr. Kuflik to my friends or anyone needing skin care problems addressed. The procedure I experienced in the outpatient office was professional and reassuring. I liked that between two long procedures the same morning, while waiting for biopsy results, I stayed in a waiting area with other patients to converse with. Just because it seems to feel like an eternity waiting for results and because I am a pretty anxious person. I am grateful the procedure is over,but confident
Literally terrible. Spoke with a nasty "medical staff" I have a burn on my arm from a curling iron and wanted a prescription burn cream. It is impossible to get an appointment here and by the time I would have gotten one it would have already been healed. They said I could come In to buy over the counter but why would I do that when I could go to the store. The girl on the phone kept saying please don't curse at me when I wasn't ...? I just wanted burn cream but that's ok I'll go to elsewhere.

This caller called only to ask for a written prescription for a new problem without having to see a provider. She was offered an immediate appointment that day or the following since she sounded distressed, but she refused saying she has no time. An OTC cream was recommended as an attempt to be helpful since she was told no prescription product could be written unless a provider examines her and thinks she needs one. She then began to curse on the phone before hanging up.
I had my first & LAST visit at the Lakewood location. The front desk staff is VERY rude and sort. They're too busy talking about their personal lives. Not worried about the patient. The attitudes on the staff is very uninviting. It's a shame I will never return since this practice seems so large and established.

Phone call from office stated pathology report of lesion (excised 7/7/16) was unspecified. Written pathology report states difficult to reach definite diagnosis due to superficial nature of specimen. Underlying squamous cell carcinoma cannot be excluded. Re-excision is advised for further evaluation and management. Requested appointment to see the Doctor and was told not until November. This office and Doctor is not where you want to go for any kind of patient care. You don't even see a Dr.

In review of records, a phone call was made to go over the result of a biopsy report (not an excision report) which showed a precancerous growth and to make an appointment to have it treated accordingly in the office. An appointment was made, but the patient subsequently canceled it. Appointments are available with all providers (MDs or PAs) and patients are asked on the phone whom they would like to schedule with at the time the appointments are made.
Dr Kuflik was distant, dismissive, a bit rude, when I asked if I had rosacea because my face easily gets reddened, she was in the middle of my exam and said so you want medication for your sensitive skin? and she stopped what she was doing, wrote me a prescription and that was that. I did not engage her again and basically neither she nor her asst spoke to me. the worst dr apt ever!

I have been to him for several years now, and I love him--he explains everything, is very serious about taking care of you, and doesn't try to overdo it. I went to him because I felt I looked tired and he is very careful about making sure I look natural and refreshed after treatment, not plastic. No one ever knows I got any treatment, everyone says I look GREAT, he and the tired look gone, it just looks like I went on vacation, & I got alot of sleep. Wont go to anyone else!
My father was in need of dermatology consult due to a severe rash of unknown origin. I was able to get an appointment for him within one day. The diagnosis the doctor gave was accurate & the medication prescribed for treatment began relief almost immediately. I want to thank Dr. Kuflik & his staff for taking great care of my elderly father. My experience at Kuflik Dermatology was excellent.
