Every visit with Dr. Avery Kuflik is consistent. I've had surgery with him and other smaller treatments, and the results of his work always amaze me: No discomfort, and later no scar. I am super nervous about medical procedures and he was very friendly and calming. He did a surgery on my upper thigh and just kept my mind off the surgery and kept me pre occupied.
Just a comment and congratulations on the service given at the Manahawkin office. I mentioned the same to Dr. Avery during my most recent visit. First, I am a long time patient at Toms River and always had an efficient, and professional treatment. Since last year, when the Manahawkin office opened, I use it all the time for evaluation and minor treatment. The office is great, Dr. Mark as always, pleasant and Jim is always good natured and welcoming.
Dr Avery Kuflik was a real Pro Did his job with a feel of real experience to me.. He was talking to me,,explaining as he worked on me. My feeling was that he was very confident and skilled. when completed,I asked the Doc how long it took for him to work at this level. My 97 year old mom had never had any surgery and was apprehensive until she met Mark who did the biopsy amid animated conversation about their shared interests. Soon her fears were quelled until she learned about returning for the Mohs procedure. The caring hands and hearts of Tina and Liz took over and once again she left with few worries and minimal pain. Maryann removed the stitches with warmness and an attentive manner. My mom received optimum care and attention from all the people she met.
Dr. Kuflik and staff like Sam, Melanie, Liz and receptionists have the skills to make patients comfortable and happy. The medical treatment and service is not just great, it's exceptional. I'm Dr. Kuflik's Lucky patient. Recommended strongly!
He walked into the exam room and immediately knew what was wrong with my husbands skin. He prescribed the perfect medication. My husbands are so we're almost back to normal after three days use of the medication. A week later for follow-up he said continue what you are doing.
I have these icky looking bumps on my face and neck. Dr. Kuflik helped remove a bunch of them. Everything healed nicely within 2 weeks and I'm definitely going back to have the rest of them done!
