Josiah was the only roofer who came out looking to actually diagnose and fix the problem rather than immediately recommending a new roof. We really appreciated that approach and felt very comfortable choosing him for the eventual replacement. His pricing was great, he works incredibly hard, and he’s personally on the job. I had Kuepfer replace my Eavestrough and downspouts this past June. So far they've performed very well, even with the heavy amount of rainfall we've had in some days back in July. I had a great experience working with Josiah from Kuepfer Roofing and Exteriors for the roof/shingle replacement at my house. He is highly professional throughout the process, communicated clearly, and delivered exactly what was promised. The work was completed within the committed timeline and at the agreed-upon rate, with no surprises. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and efficient roofing services.
