I always find something I love at Kudzu!
Will never use again. Ordered monogrammed items and were told they would be ready December 23rd. No one called. Called December 23rd and the girl said she would check and call me back and never did. Went December 24th and my items still weren't ready and 3 Christmas presents weren't even in and no one bothered to call and tell me they wouldn't be here for Christmas. Will never use or recommend.
This is the first and last time I will shop at Kudzu. I had the same experience other shoppers with order issues have had - NOT good !! The owner really needs to make a huge improvement in communication when this happens - it would go a long way to retaining a customer for the long run.
