Brought in a canvas bag to have monogrammed. They did an amazing job, with great customer service! Only downfall is taking a week to get one monogram back. Other than that, everything was perfect!
What a great shop! KA and the staff go above and beyond to make sure every customer is completely satisfied! Excellent, quality work and great customer service is all you will ever find at this shop! Not only are they dedicated to their particular service, but also a great supporter of the community and other local retailers. Love the atmosphere at this place.
KA and the staff at Kudzu are fantastic. They always go out of their way to make you feel special and to make the most beautiful recommendations on fonts and colors to make your idea come to life. I have tried other shops around and drive the extra distance just to visit Kudzu for the staff. Thank you KA and Kudzu for all you do!
The best. I will always use them for monograms and gifts. Much more than personalizing your items but the personalization that is given to the customer!!!

I used Kudzu to embroider my groomsmen shoes for a wedding. I found the owner to be very responsive. She answered my questions in the middle of the night on a weekend. Everyone loved her quality of work. I'd use her again
