Did not have the item ready on time so ok but very rude about it when I went in to inquire about it. Literally thrust it at me .

I cannot believe the negative comment about this business. It is one of my favorite shops and I will not go anywhere else for my items to be monogrammed. The service they provide is outstanding. All my support for this well run business!!!
Really not happy right now! I brought something in over a week ago...and it isn't ready yet! Would have been very nice to have gotten a phone call last week to see if I wanted to speed up the process by picking a different embroidery pattern.
