A couple of months ago, I may have rated this office with a 5/5 but I'm having trouble getting my test results and no one answers the phone.An extra lab test was ordered so I unnecessarily have another $30 copay from the lab. My weight loss coach cancelled the appointment today and she is the only one making the weight loss program work besides myself. I don't see on the portal where my lab results are

I routinely go to the Chittenango location, but was quickly taken in within an hour be seen by the FNP Roberta Countryman for a concussion at the Dewitt location. She was wonderful, very thorough and knowledgeable. Kudos Medical has top tier practitioners and both location’s receptionists have been very kind and helpful as well.

They never return calls or answer the phone. This practice routinely bullies patients and does not listen to them. I have been trying to get a hold of them for over a month about a medication refill they declined.

This medical practice really hits the spot. The whole staff is super friendly and helpful, which makes a big difference. Knowing you're in good hands takes away so much stress. It's clear they genuinely care about their patients. I'm so glad I found this place!
