I interact with many of the staff at this location and they are professionals at what they do. When the afternoons are sometimes busy, Victoria never rushes to finish up my treatments like some other medical spas I've frequented do. I'm never been left in the waiting room for more than a few minutes even when I arrive early. I have been doing laser hair removal for over a decade (why so long, well you need to follow a specific hair growth timeline and I never did... #FAIL). I have been to many shops and Kucumber is the best so far. Besides the great location, it is just easy. They seem to have new equipment and besides being so busy (further out for appointment) they are the easiest to work with to date... AND... after all of this time, I am finally done!

I started going here on a Living Social and continue to go because of the professionalism and great service. I never feel self-conscious discussing my hair removal issues with any of the staff. I had a bit of a reaction to laser hair removal on my legs and let them know immediately (because that's what you do) and it was dealt with swiftly and fairly. I highly recommend this place to any of my friends and family!

Ever since I have been going to Kucumber Skin Lounge I have received exceptional treatment from every single employee and even had the honor to meet the owners who are lovely, knowledgeable and you can just tell that this is their passion. It's always very clean throughout the entire store and their services are not nearly as expensive as I would've assumed! Since then I have received different services and keep going back for more. I can highly recommend them and have been doing so to all of my friends!
What's not to love about this place? The staff is attentive, kind and have all around great personalities. I went in without any knowledge of skincare or tanning, and they did a great job of explaining the services they offered and helped me find the right choice for me. Amazing experiences every time I'm there. Kucumber staff is always top notch, very educated and knowledgeable in their profession. Katie is one of the estheticians I see currently and I just love her. I first started seeing katie this past summer for micro-needling.
