Just had my first experience at Kucumber. Tina at front desk greeted me right away, made sure I had what I needed, didn't waste any time getting me seen by the doctor and in a room for my appointment. I loved their efficiency AND personal attention. I used my Groupon for laser treatment and they offered me a great deal on another area I had been considering as well.

Not only do I love going there for multiple services, I love going there to see all the cool employees. Oksana always provides excellent facials that are very relevant to my sensitive skin along with tips on how to maintain the results. Dimitri and Shay have given me great deals and customer service. The staff has always been very friendly - they greet me when I walk in, engage me in conversation during my treatments and always thank me on my way out. Recently, I developed a bad habit of mixing up appointment dates/times in my calendar. When I arrived without an appointment, they apologized (like it was their mistake!) and found a way to accommodate my overdue appointment the very next day. Not to mention, I expressed regret about failing to purchase a limited time offer and Demetria sold it to me anyways!

So far I've had a great experience with Kucumber Skin Lounge. I bought a groupon a few months ago for laser hair removal and so far have done 3 treatments. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
