I bought treatments for laser hair removal on my pits and my lady parts and just had my 4th treatment today. The staff there is PHENOMENAL - they are always super friendly, remember my name and all that good stuff. I went in today for my facial using my groupon. Brandy was really helpful with her peel suggestion which was perfect for my skin condition. She was really good with the extraction and the massage to make sure i am relaxed after she cleans all my pores. I will definitely come back!

I bought 2 Groupons each for 6 treatments. When I arrived for the 5th treatment they told me I needed to buy 2 more Groupons. Afterward I got a call from the owner saying this was a misunderstanding and they offered to complete the treatments. They completed the treatments and it turned out well,

I purchased a Groupon for laser hair removal and have gone for 2 treatments and am thus far very satisfied. I have previously had laser hair removal and find the Kucumber Skin Lounge to provide a decent service.

I have been really pleased with my experience with Kucumber. I am having laser hair removal done, and the staff has been extremely accommodating. Dimitra and Tina are awesome, they seem genuinely interested in how I am progressing. They are very inviting and kind to their customers. I can't remember the name of the man who works at the front desk, but he is so nice, always working around my busy, ever-changing schedule. Great customer service. I love this place!!! The employees are warm and friendly. The atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming. They carry products that my daughters & I love. I've brought my 15 yr old in for facials on more than one occasion and the staff always goes over her daily skin care with her. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. :)

I drive all the way from bellingham to seattle just for there award winning service. I love it and I'm hooked for life. They are very courteous and respectful of my wants and needs. Couldn't ask for better.
