Excellent customer service. I was late for an appointment due to heavy traffic and the staff worked very hard to accomodate me.

Everyone at Kucumber Skin Lounge is very friendly and professional. I have been in there twice now and both visits were great. The staff is attentive and really listens if I have questions, and they do a great job explaining procedures. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for professional skin treatment.
One of the owners was right out front and made a point to come talk to me personally. I got some of the story about the business and reasons why she loves doing what she does for us. The other staff is amazingly nice too! There was a good feeling there.
The establishment is bright, clean and cheerful, the staff is caring and professional and the technicians are qualified and up to date on all the latest beauty advances. I've been doing business with them for years and trust them with all my needs.
