Our family has worked with Gloria and Kubes Realty for over 20 years to buy and sell several homes and think she is exceptional. The latest one was very complicated, but she invested the time to understand our situation and partnered with us thru the entire process. Represented a seller that failed to disclose a sewage back up in the home or that a claim was filed against the roof and the funds were kept.This realtor was all about the money right with trash seller.
The worst thing I could have done is go through Kubes realty. All Randy cared about was his commission, he was not willing to help me help find a home, when I did find a home, he was not willing to negotiating, price, and giving bad advice along the way. He was just thinking of himself, cost me thousands of dollars. NEVER recommend! Its sad Randy calls his bad advice, flaws, and says it was not supposed to go like that.
