Good service, unfortunately Au post is letting them down here. It's taken over one month for the part to move only 6hrs flying time...bike owner is very unhappy not being able to use his bike during this entire period. Find another carrier, I can get stuff from America faster....
Was always great to deal with up until recently when they have had a change of staff. Now below average.
Bought a new KTM and was told I would get 15% off the powerparts catalogue however when I tried to get this discount I've been given the following excuses: - It doesn't apply to software unlocks (even though they're in the catalogue) - Only applies in the first 2 weeks, "they wouldn't make money otherwise". Part was not available at the time I bought the bike less than 6 months earlier. - Not applied to a part I back ordered at the time of purchasing the bike and arrived this year.
