Great online shop to find exactly the KTM parts I needed. Chose the express shipping and it took 3 days to Ballina. The overcharge for the shipping was refunded to my card automatically after the actual shipping cost was determined. Thanks and I'll definitely be buying from you again.
Have had great dealings with sales and spare parts department in past. First time using service department and their hourly rate is criminal. $380 for fork seals and oil. $182 per hour for labour. What world is that ok. I get there is overheads but reel it back in and you will get alot more customers returning.
These guys are awesome to deal with. Great service and repairs at a very reasonable price. By far the best bike shop I've ever dealt with. Highly recommend. 5 stars
Have ordered KTM parts online a couple of times and they've always been quickly and efficiently despatched. The prices are a rip but you can mostly blame KTM for that, not necessarily the dealers. Keep up the good work team
