Always a great experience! I’ve been going to KT since they opened 25 or so years ago.
Treated very rudely! My three daughters and I will not be back. I was yelled at by the owner because I asked for my daughter’s nail design to be redone—it was not what she had requested (she asked for a ghost and got a Venom-looking face). At the time of the service, the technician told my daughter he could not do the ghost design and asked if he could do his own instead, which she foolishly agreed to.
