Item not as described when purchase via live YouTube and shipped out of state. When ask to resell even at a loss due to poor diamond color and quality. Claims diamond is white and good clarity. However, Item received has cracks and diamond chuck missing/ SI Clarity. Called Kim and even send her close up pictures. she request to bring the item in person for an accessment-which is impossible since covid and I’m not flying to cali just to return/ resell the item at a loss.
