Tried working with him for three months on a repair on our rental's dishwasher, prepaid for part and his diagnostic service and never received part and now he will not answer the phone or return our calls. Do not use this service if you can help it, more of a scam artist than a plumber.
This place was referred from an app called ANGI. after agreeing to buy a part and repair - he asked to be paid out side the app complaining that for some reason his bank doesn't work with the app. the after paying him for the part because he states that he has to order it first - he wanted to be also be paid ahead for labor. after 3 weeks of constantly asking for update ( this is 3 weeks without a washer) he said that the part is now coming in 3 days since the first place he ordered was out of stock-- but he never updated me... read more
