Ordered flowers and balloons on the 9th to be delivered that day, put a rush on the order for extra money to get there before 12 pm. Was not emailed until 12 30 pm that the order could not be made. Proceeded with the replacement option they offered as a “one of a kind” bouquet in hopes it would still look good and be delivered that same day, as I had spoken with customer service and told me it could/would still be delivered the same day. It was my first time ordering flowers for anyone. This first time was for my girlfriend that is long distance. They were “better than I expected”. Definitely will use their services again.
Very nice shop, I got flowers with vase and a bee plushy that my girlfriend really liked
