We’ve been using Krystal Water Pools for pool service & repairs since 2021 and we have nothing to complain about. The owner is always cool guy to talk to and super friendly. They take great care of our pool are timely and responsive. Any work we’ve requested got done quickly. We will always highly recommend them because our pool always looks amazing compared to our past provider and other pools!
I wanted to write a great review for Krystal Water Pools. Chris has recently helped with an issue I was having that wasn’t even their responsibility. Jesus keeps our pool immaculate. I’ve been a long time customer but wanted to say that even after all this time they still provide great customer service and are extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend and give 5 stars! Thank you Chris for all the great work.
We had Krystal Water pool come out to fix a pump issue. While working on the pump, they torqued a connection too hard, cleaned up and left. They said that the crack was already there, but we have them breaking the equipment on our cameras. They didn’t respond to us until we told them we had them breaking the pump on camera. Chris was great! Had 2-3 issues that Chris was able to solve in just 1 visit. He really knows his stuff and is very down to earth kind of guy! Enjoyed doing business with Chris over at Krystal Pools. If your having issues or need someone to deep dive into your system, he’s the man! Highly recommend!
