Super slow service and dirty
Krystal had a massive system change today. Destiny took care of us with a smile even though she was visibly stressed. The manager did her job well and kept her cool. Our food was hot and delicious despite the other rude customers in the store. Thanks so much!
Place wasn’t the quickest and they got our order wrong after repeating it muliple times. Fries were old and soggy. From Missouri and wanted to try to see how it was compared to White Castle. Nothing beats a good White Castle!
Krystal could improve by acknowledging the customer and not have them stand there 10 minutes being ignored while two workers one being a shift leader go about their business. A simple be with you in a moment would do.
Waste of time and money A triple cheese Krystal means 3 meat patties with cheese, right? I have been given doubles. As I wait for the staff to correct my order, a lady comes in from the drive through and says she’s been waiting for 30 minutes on a 10 for $10 order(which they messed up, she just came back in) I ordered at 2:56pm and it is now 3:19 pm and I just now received my corrected order. Two weeks ago I waited 27 minutes for 6 double Krystals and once I received them and got home to feed my family, they were all singles... read more
25 minutes and still no food. Y'all need to hire adults. Y'alls kids in here texting and not working.
The food is good...the service sucks...they don't get your order right...they charge you for it, you just don't get it all...
I think they need to get drink carriers, make unsweetened tea and get the customers order right. Have been trying to call for 15 minutes and it’s busy. I suppose the phones off the hook so people can’t call in to complain. They owe me $5.78 plus tax for leaving part of my order off. Filled out complaint to corporate because this is not the first time it’s happened.
I ordered a bacon egg n cheese biscuit n got my bacon egg n cheese on bread! Where's the biscuit?
