Why do they try to cook to order on Krystal burgers. Just keep cooking for goodness sakes! Who wants to wait forever?
I went there today, 2-17-21. I ordered 3 cheese burgers, 3 chili cheese pups, sm fries and chili cheese fries. they charged my card the order, fixed that then I received 2 double chz burgers, 1 chili chz pup and the fries. I tried calling the restaurant but no one answers and the VM box is full. That is totally unacceptable! Make sure your order is correct. I can't believe that MANAGER still has a job!!!!!
i order 24 cheese Krystals extra pickle and onion and a chilli cheese fries 27.00 and some change for cold Krystals the bottom bun nasty just soggy. i waited 35 mins for those. so they pulled us around the building to wait 25 more mins i had ask for the district mangers phone number they wrote down the store phone number. manager on duty Brittany was in the parking lot chit chatting instead of watching her store. i will be calling a friend for the district managers phone number

I can't believe how slow the service is ridiculous to wait 20 minutes for 12 Krystals to only have them made with no cheese that I paid for and they put mayonnaise on them. Seriously the Calhoun location is a joke.
They are literally drive threw only, with no one else here but go through the drive threw and was told to pull up waited 20 minutes on my food in the parking lot when NO ONE WAS HERE
We have a bunch of preteen boys for a party, saw on their sign online only for 24 krystals for $12. Our cashier and some other workers helped me to get online and get that deal ordered. We couldn’t figure how to do it but the shift manger came up to cashier and since she couldn’t figured out how to order the deal either she gave us the deal anyways! The absolute most horrible burger I have ever put in my mouth, did not even dare to finish it or ask for a replacement. They were out of chicken at 12:00 on a Wednesday and didn’t even tell me that until after they took my order and rang me up for the chicken. Swapped me over to the burgers and they were atrocious!
