Waited an hour for ice cold food, reason for the wait was because "they forgot about us".
Food was horrible and tables were dirty. Will not be back
Placed order at the drive thru and when i got to the window I had tp place my order again and then asked if it was something totally different
Just waited for twenty minutes and no explanation or food. Was going to go get my money back but ten people in line waiting to place an order. Not the first bad experience here and there will never be an opportunity for another one!
Didn't get what I ordered �. Love the food but the service wasn't great
They suck! My visit yesterday was horrible. I got 24 krystal's 5 with no onion so I ask if they would be marked they said yes they would be in purple box's. All 5 of them in the purple box's had onions. Plus I orderd 4 large fries and only got one. I had to take my receipt in to get the 3 they didn't put in the bag. I work at a restrant and I know people make mistakes we are only human but every time I have went thers there is always a problem with my food! I don't plan on ever going back!!!
Ever had chili cheese fries with cold fries and lukewarm chili? I HAVE AND DONT INTEND TO AGAIN!
If I could give a zero I would after tonight. My family and I went about 7:30 and the inside was closed and they waved us to go thru the drive thru. Get through the drive thru and told to pulled around. We waited roughly 30 minutes for our food at which was then taken to another vehicle and the other customers got out and came over to our car to ask if it was our food. The food was cold.
