needs better customer service, employees need to actually answer the speaker box when there still open for 2 more hours instead of honking but not show up to the counter after your fixing to drive away from the parking lot.
Never gets the order right check your bags before you leave and be careful they have attitudes from hell
Waited 26 min for 24 Krystals and 4 chili cheese fries. Flies everywhere! Could have better Burgers better, cheaper and quicker myself!!!

RUDE! Even after I thought maybe they are having a bad day, so I went out of my way to be exceptionally nice I was treated with disrespect and absolutely no eye contact and ordered to sign receipt and saying thank you to the lady when I handed it back, then was ordered to the front of the building to wait on my order, I smiled again and said thank you, still not a smile or an acknowledgment. RUDE! Waited 30 mins for my cold food and will never again return to this horrible location!
Never hot, even after waiting for food. They actually forgot about us.
Despite some of the reviews, I have been coming to this location for years when visiting my family in Covington. Although we had to wait for our order, the staff was friendly and attentive as well as apologetic for the delay. I love these burgers! The wait is especially worth it with great customer service!
