Our truck was broke down and we lived two hours away. We had never met, just called them they towed the truck and fixed it right away without any payment. They are the nicest and most honest people in the auto repair business we have ever known.
This was the worst experience I have ever had with car repairs. Kruse's lacked the expertise needed to get my vehicle running, but was happy to charge me for labor hours that did nothing for my truck. Essentially, I was charged $800 to drive my truck 3 weeks before it broke down again and I had to take it to a capable, trustworthy mechanic.
