The young lady who answered the phone today around 1:30pm was extremely rude. I would have been a new patient for Dr. Krueger. I was very excited because I saw wonderful reviews on her but the way this young lady answered a simple question I had, was just awful. I did not feel comfortable nor welcomed. I think its important to have a caring, friendly lady working the front desk as that is your first encounter. The attitude I got today definitely turned me away.
I have used Dr. Krueger for many years. I have had many different medical issues and Dr. Krueger has always taken very good care of me. I like Dr. Krueger's interaction when discussing what the diagnosis is and the treatment to follow. Definitely will be my Dr. as long as she has a practice. I would definitely recommend Dr. Krueger to anyone. Sherry B
