Had better experience previously, the product might be diminishing in quality.
I have been a customer for YEARS! Literally, I have pieces older than my children and it has not disappointed me yet Mmmm ppl lol! I have even come to appreciate the customer service. These pieces are top quality and I feel extremely confident and more beautiful when I wear it. I get dozens of compliments daily from people I've known forever and perfect strangers.
Several calls and emails to customer service in regard to my order and no call back or email! Happily going elsewhere and I used this company years ago when they were first starting out. Very disappointed with their current current customer service.
