Called and made appointment. Customer Service was professional from start to finish. Got my vehicle in at the agreed appt time and it took exactly as long as mentioned. The rust I could see on my frame I can tell is already soaking in all the protectant. I noticed they even rustproofed inside my gas door area I saw a negative review about ruining a concrete driveway. Yes there is a lot of product that drips for several days.
