Went there today to have lunch and sat and waited almost 40 minutes until we finally got our food. My wifes food was cold and never did see the waitress again after we ordered .

Wow!!!!! That's the very best and truest description for Kroll's. The only possible way they could make it better is to be open 24 hours a day! Oh wait...lol!
