Service was not up to par, I and two of my co-workers are regulars there. We usually call ahead of time to put in order and let krolls know that we will be there with in 10-15 minutes to eat. We only have a half hour lunch break so we call ahead to make sure it is prepared ahead of time. The place has lots of character and the food is always really good. People are very polite. I'm a truck driver and will miss this place once I'm driving in Seattle locally.
Great food! Love that true diner feel and decor. Prices are a tad on the high side but well worth it, everything was delicious! Friendly staff, would definitely eat here again if we're back through. Thanks Kroll's 😁
excellent food and hospitality
Straight. Up. Ignored. We usually have ok service (we are fine with slow service when it’s busy). But this girl (mousy brown hair, glasses) legitimately ignored us and gave me side eye when I came to the register to find out if we were sat in a section without a waitress (I didn’t even get the chance to say a word, she just walked past me.) I don’t care if you’re having a bad night, that is not your customers’ fault.
