Stopped in with my family today as we traveled home. By far the worst service and food I've had in a long time. Our server didn't even attempted any type of conversation with us until we were leaving. We had food that was brought out burnt, as a server I would never serve a customer burnt food an definitely as a business owner I would not be happy if one of my servers served one of my customers burnt food. Definitely will not be coming back here again!

I love the great food and service at Krolls. This place is always a favorite go to for me. I sometimes forget about it but when I’m out shopping I enjoy taking a break to grab some food here. Today, I had phenomenal service from Shavelle who is on point to listen to customers, provide beyond stellar customer service, and is very observant to make sure drinks are always filled up too. my waitress didnt really check on us and I found a large piece of hair in my chili fries which I could tell the chili was at least days old. When me and my friend got our food we took a bite, and to only find that her chicken sandwich was raw in the middle and mine was dried out. I would not reccomend this place to anyone. Not even the manger checked on us about the food or anything.
I’m very picky when it comes to eating at places. At this time the service and the cooks are knocking it out of the park. So happy with how Minot Krolls is doing. Great job
