Krogstad was great- and so were the people he worked with. The designer was patient with me as I changed my mind a few times. The working crew always left the construction area as clean as they could; which I really appreciated. Dennis and Nick were always very pleasant- and would do extra things that I would ask. The project was completed on time. I LOVE my new kitchen and have gotten lots of complements.

Over the past 10 years we have had Krogstad Construction Inc. complete a few projects for us. They have refinished areas of our basement, remodeled our master bathroom, enhanced our kitchen, replaced flooring and most recently replaced our deck. Dennis and his team do beautiful work and are very professional. We highly recommend Krogstad Construction Inc.

My husband and I bought our home in 2007. The home had a large deck that we had to take down, last year, due to shifting from frost heave during the brutal 2013 MN winter. We were planning on saving labor costs by building our new deck ourselves (we had built a bigger more elaborate deck at our previous residence). Dennis reconfigured two bedrooms, two closets, and a bathroom to create an owner's suite according to our plan. He was professional, maintained a very clean work environment, and stayed on budget and on time. He was very willing to accomodate our wishes, and took care of every detail for us. It was a pleasure to work with Dennis.

We have had Krogstad Construction do a couple of projects for us. I highly recommend them! Easy to work with and do a great job! This last project, we closed in our front room, and it is now our favorite room in the house. We had a couple new walls built, french doors installed, painting done and recessed lighting put it. Also, had our fan relocated to a different spot. A few years ago, we also had them finish part of our basement. Can't wait until I can hire them for my next project.

I am very pleased with the work that Dennis and his team have done. Great work at very reasonable price. We have used them for several remodels on our home including screened porch addition, bedroom addition over the garage, and a kitchen remodel. I would highly recommend.
