I used to rate this store higher, but had a bad experience with cashews in veggie wrap from Deli and a great nephew who reacted and was hospitalized. Good empathic mgr., Brandi, but the Cincy bureaucracy is something else. Somehow "claims" got involved and really botched any sense of customer service. Got a response from them that belonged to another Michigander, and returned it two weeks ago so right person could get their communique. This is by far the best Kroger I have ever been to. Everyone is always so helpful and nice, and everything is so fresh and clean. Yesterday my 6 year old daughter told me that she felt all the cheese lady's needed and deserved gift cards because of how hard they work and what a great job they do! Not to mention how she continued after we received a sample of our meat from the deli - "Everyone that works at this Kroger is so friendly and nice!" I just had the most incredible grocery trip, ever! I was greeted four separate times by four separate individuals just to say good morning and ask if I needed help finding anything. When I was cashing out, one young man bagged my groceries while another emptied my grocery cart onto the belt; my cashier was polite and sincere. This is not my regular grocery store so it was very refreshing to have such a great experience away from my home! Awesome job!!
