Azmaan is an absolute super star. He provides excellent customer service. He also makes sure you are aware of every possible symptom or interaction you could possibly have with each and every individual medication. Azmaan always answers every question I have taking the time out of his day to care for my health no matter what the scenario is. I truly am happy to say I will stay with Kroger pharmacy. I have never experienced this type of customer service and I hope many other pharmacists can learn from Azmaan!
Still overloaded, understaffed, and plagued with unreliable technology, I have to soften my opinion in the reality of Middle TN where workers can't afford to live or even continue a lengthy commute. This is the new normal as prescriptions may simply sit unfulfilled without notification (that bit is Kroger's fault.) Sadly, all U.S. pharmacies are stuck with the latest versions of failed electronic prescription systems forced upon us all by incompetently conceived and poorly deployed governmental mandates.
Always a horrible experience, decided to try again after months and still horrible prescription wasn't ready when they said it would be and messed up prescription as usual. Shame on me for trying again worth the extra money to use publix pharmacy just for my sanity and blood pressure.
