There is no drive through idiots. And the food there is mostly out of date.
Pharmacy staff was very rude and hung up on me while I was still trying to ask a question about my medication.
During the big snow of '24, our usual pharmacy was closed and we needed a prescription ASAP. Kroger Pharmacy was still open, and not only were we able to get the prescription resent, they filled it promptly and cheerfully even though they were super busy and short staffed and we were new. We are switching our business to this pharmacy that actually wants to take care of people!
So I've been a patient here for a few years and I come in once a month like clock work. I call the day my medication is due, they fill it, and I go pick it up. Well, this time, I call to fill and they say "unfortunately we don't have it in stock". My prescription had been called in for 3 days, so a courtesy phone call would have been nice. I'm on Suboxone and you can't just stop taking it. I was told to go to a different location to get a 4 day supply. I'm supposed to have a month's supply.
