This pharmacy has consistently been great. When my recent medication refill was really expensive, they found a coupon and saved me well over $100, just by looking past what my insurance would cover. That's customer service, and very much appreciated.
New employees. Terrible customer service. I will be changing to CVS after many years of being a Kroger Pharmacy customer.
The customer service here has been terrible three separate times. This was the last time I will attempt to use them which is unfortunate because they are so close to the urgent care that it would be much more convenient to use them. I had a prescription for a nasal spray this time. I was told it would take 40 minutes. I felt poorly and said I didn't think I could wait that long. I went home. Easy access and good people
Every single time I go to get my prescription at this pharmacy it's never ready. It's a simple antibiotic, it shouldn't take over 3 hours every visit. Obviously we went to the doctor this morning, we'd like our prescription by that evening. I'm not sure why but it's been like this for over a year. It takes hours every time.
