Not great communication or explanation on why I have to wait more time than anticipated for a medicine that I depend on for my scoliosis.

It takes this pharmacy 3 days to refill a prescription or if your doctor sends one in, it will be just sitting there while you're sick. A prescription should be ready within a couple hours. Not 3 days later EVERY SINGLE TIME. I'll be changing pharmacies. People need their medications. Do Better

I have been using this pharmacy for many years and their service, follow-up and professionalism have always been great. We also use them for our vaccinations. The staff is attentive, friendly, professional and helpful. They stay really busy but I rarely have to wait very long in line when I go to pick up my prescriptions. It's a joy to have this essential service so close to home and in the same place where I do my grocery shopping.

Was told my prescription would take 30-40 minutes to process so I confirmed my number to be texted when it was ready. Almost 3 HOURS later, nearly closing time, I go to the counter to check if I'll even be able to get it that day and they find it in a pile. Seemingly they were not particularly interested in getting it done and I only got it because I asked again. I will not be returning.
