I called the kroger pharmacy located at 5201 north Broadway St knoxville tn march 10, 2025 at around 2:30 in the afternoon to ask a very simple question, can the pharmacy fill a prescription from a vet for a narcotic cough medicine if the vet office was from Virginia? So first the guy says he has to look to see if they have it. He comes back and says yes. I have used this pharmacy for a long time and the service/staff are always perfunctory. However, recently, I changed insurance and was struggling with the switch from one insurance to another and I ended up with an employee named Elizabeth who was very unpleasant/hateful. I thought, “maybe she’s just having a bad day.” I relayed the story to the local social security office and they asked which pharmacy and what location. Then said, “oh!
