Kroger has been my pharmacy for sometime now. I appreciate their low prices. Initially there were some bad attitudes by some of the technicians but all is resolved. They seem to have a good staff now.

Jana and James have been a God send to me for many years. I have ask a multitude of questions regarding medications for both me and my dog. While suffering a fractured wrist, took all meds to them to request new bottles that I could open. Jennifer (tech) said, hold on, I can fix you up! She brought out a box full of 'flip off' lids and put them on every bottle. Very, very easy for me to use. (I had actually had to cut a hole in one of the bottles to get the med out.). Great, kind people!
No shoppimg baskets? Stupidest idea ever (besides the shot mandate for every kroger employee). Did the bud light marketing lady start working at Kroger? I am buying less stuff now because I can't carry it all. I don't buy alot, buy now I buy alot less. Every grocery store and hole in the wall bodega I have ever been to on earthhas shopping baskets.
Are these people volunteering? They act like you are an inconvenience for calling and asking simple questions, its not our fault your portal sucks. Maybe find a job where you aren't customer facing.
